Document of Legation of France in Siam. Content related to French Customs Official for facilitation to exempt the formalities to enter France, including baggages, for Dr Eldom R James, Advisor of Foreign Affairs Minister of Siam, for his attendance to a conference for peace in France. Document was dated 28th April 1919. At bottom, there was a seal of Legation of France in Siam, in red circle, including signature of Authorized Official. Size 20x31 cm. The document has punched holes, folded, few tear but still in fine condition (1)
เอกสารของสถานกงสุลฝรั่งเศสประจำกรุงสยาม เรื่องให้เจ้าหน้าที่ศุลกากรฝรั่งเศสอำนวยความสะดวกในเรื่อง ขั้นตอนการเข้าประเทศฝรั่งเศสโดยให้งดขั้นตอนบางอย่าง รวมทั้งกระเป๋าเดินทาง แก่ ดร.เอลดอม อาร์ เจมส์ ที่ปรึกษาเสนาบดีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศของสยาม ในการเข้าร่วมประชุมสันติภาพที่ประเทศฝรั่งเศส ลงวันที่ 28 เมษายน พ.ศ.2462 ด้านล่างของเอกสารมีตราประทับวงกลมสีแดงของสถานกงสุลฝรั่งเศสประจำกรุงสยาม พร้อมด้วยลายเซ็นต์ของผู้มีอำนาจลงนาม ขนาด 20x31ซม เอกสารถูกเจาะรู มีรอยพับและขาดเล็กน้อย แต่ยังคงอยู่ในสภาพดี (1)
